Upload guide: what photo works best

Pick a side-profile seated photo, your face turned toward the person in front of you, eyes half shut and mouth open.

• Light and quality: Choose a recent photo in bright, even light, in high resolution, with your face in sharp focus. Skip screenshots with black bars or app buttons, photos of another screen, and heavy filters that reshape your face.
• Framing: Use a side view, straddling and facing the person in front of you at the centre of the frame, seen in profile.
• Eyes and gaze: Keep your face in profile toward the person in front of you, eyes half shut, no hair across your face.
• Just you: Upload only yourself, with no second person and no group photo in the frame.
• Mouth: Keep your mouth wide open and uncovered.
• Outfit: Clothes follow the template scene, not your photo. Do not expect the outfit in your photo to carry over into the result.
• Do not use: front-facing portraits only, back views, mouths covered, dark or blurry photos.
